Filters and Accessories
Oskar Air Products, Inc carries a broad range of filtrations media for Oskar's product lines. Most products can be equipped with different types of media that is applicable for your filtration needs
Cartridges
- Polyester Spun Bond Cartridges - state of the art spunbond (SB), surface loading media, for easy particulate release. Treat with HO (hydro-oleo phobic) for resistance to water and oil. THis is a re-usable cartridge which filters 99% of particulates @ 1 micro. Standard media is most Oskar units.
- 80/20 FR - Combination of cellulose and polyester with flame retardant which is highly efficient 99.9% at 0.5 microns. Efficiency is achieved after "seasoning".
- HEPA cartridges - HEPA with efficiency of 99.97 at .3 micron. This is a requirement for Hexavalent Chromium fume.
Filters
- Carbon - Used for odor control
- Spark Trap - Metal mesh filters that captures sparks and larger particulates
- HEPA - These filters are HEAP, efficiency of 99.97% at .3 micron. This is a requirement for Hexavalent Chromium fume.
- Pleated Filters - Used to filter a array of particulates. Pleated filters maximize the net filtering area available for filtration.
Oskar can also provide filtration media for other applications and competitor products. For a quote, please provide as much information as possible:
- The brand name and model on the filter
- provide the measurements for: ID OD and length
- Material used: HEAP, Pleated,Spun BOnd, 80/20, etc
- Pleat number
- Any other description including ends open, closed, bolted holes, etc
